This part is more and more important in a global context characterized by a dynamics for changes mainly led by the globalization phenomenon, which prompts us to constantly anticipate common considerations about transformations and reforms to be undertaken.

We all worry about customer service standards, positioning within the financial and administrative state sector, network structure of the public Treasury, valuation of performances and personnels, adaptation of accounting scopes and information systems. These fundamental questions calling on us are finding no answers in the sole national surroundings.

They compose the main trends about which cooperations may be initiated in order to develop common managing and studying approaches of possible " common standards " for the Public treasury activities.

Being convinced that this dialog and exchanges virtual area will give evidence of our will to listen to and to dedicate this proximity tool to go along with members in the actual exercise of their responsibilities, we are determined to making the Treasury services the institution leader in every modernization process of public services. In such a view, developing international cooperation is undeniably the best means for us to be able together to take up future challenges.
